No - the majority of the people that I work with have 0 experience in front of the camera. I provide posing tips throughout your session, don’t worry!

Whatever you feel comfortable and confident in. The most important part of your session is how you feel, and your outfits play a role in that. I always say that if you feel authentic, the confidence will follow. If you would like any recommendations, though, please don’t hesitate to ask!

My sessions currently take place at my home studio in Calgary, Alberta.

Currently, I do not have packages in place that include hair and makeup, but I do have a team that I would be happy to refer you to if that’s something you would like for your session.

Depending on how busy I am, it can take anywhere between 1-2 weeks!

Yes! A 50% deposit is required of all bookings to secure your spot.

Make sure you stretch, drink enough water, and eat before your session. It’s more of a workout than you may expect it to be!
